RECIPE: Servings: 3 Calories: 192 Fat: 15g Protein: 9g Carbs: 4g Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 10 minutes Skill Level: Easy Ingredients: 1 tablespoon avocado oil 1 tablespoon of butter 2 cups cauliflower 3 slices of bacon sliced up ½ cup frozen veggies (remove corn if it contains it) 2 eggs ¾ teaspoon of liquid aminos 2 teaspoons of garlic powder Steps: 1. Over medium heat in a nonstick pan add in avocado oil and let heat for 1-2 minutes 3. Add cauliflower and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Then remove from heat off and set aside. 4. In a separate pan add butter 5. After heating butter for about 2 minutes, add diced bacon and cook thoroughly 7. Crack two eggs and scramble with bacon for about 30 secs 8. Add frozen vegetables and stir 9. Once vegetables and egg mixture is fully incorporated, add mixture to the cooked cauliflower 10. Add in liquid aminos and garlic powder and mix 11.
